3-4 dried red chillies
3 tablespoons of butter
4 tablespoons of strained yogurt
To soften the dried red peppers, soak them in boiling water for 1 minute.
Then add 3 tablespoons butter and the peppers.
Aerate by stirring with a spoon.
As a result, the peppers will be roasted longer and the milk in the butter will caramelize.
About 1.5 minutes. Pour over 4 tablespoons strained yogurt after frying.
In 3 minutes, you'll have a delicious appetizer.
