FOOD

Food is frequently a readily accessible motivation for people to socialize. It might be considered a celebration.  If we are to evaluate the role of food in modern culture, we must go to the past. In the era of hunter-gatherers, finding a wild animal for dinner frequently required a great deal of time and effort. They would then return with their prey, and the entire town would partake in a communal meal. Consuming the food would allow them to survive and prevent them from coming together at night. Additionally, we can look in times of distress. During World War II, meat was so scarce in England that many individuals were forced to eat organ meats or no meat at all. Families shared the meager food supply. The dining experience became unique and significant since families ate together and were reminded of their unbreakable tie despite the Nazi bombings. In current times, Sunday suppers are another example of food being used as a social gathering occasion. Especially in today's fast-paced society, families would get together on Sundays to bond. A occasion to inquire about the status of everyone's lives. Sunday suppers often become a ritual that allows people to gather together. Christmas and Thanksgiving are notable examples of this phenomenon. People would assemble to partake in a feast and contemplate matters of significance. The purpose of Christmas gatherings was to ensure that family and friends would survive the severe winter. However recently, it has become more of a reason to feast. The same holds true for Thanksgiving. Families frequently fly back together to celebrate this annual dinner. To reconnect with one another, and regardless of what transpires, the meal is always great.

Turkish Cuisine

It is mostly based on Ottoman cuisine, which is a fusion and refinement of Mediterranean, Balkan, Middle Eastern, Central Asian, and Eastern European cuisines. Turkish cuisine has affected those and other neighboring cuisines, including Southeast European (Balkans), Central European, and Western European cuisines. The Ottomans fused various culinary traditions of their realm, taking influences from and influencing Mesopotamian cuisine, Greek cuisine, Levantine cuisine, Egyptian cuisine, Balkan cuisine, as well as traditional Turkic elements from Central Asia (such as mant, ayran, kaymak), resulting in a diverse range of specialties. Dishes invented in the Ottoman palace kitchen are also included in Turkish cuisine. Turkish food differs from region to region. My favorite Turkish meals can be found here. As a Turkish woman, I learned all of my delectable dishes from my mother! I'd like to express my heartfelt appreciation to my mother for teaching me how to cook.

Italian Cuisine

Italian cuisine is a Mediterranean cuisine consisting of the ingredients, recipes, and cooking techniques that have been established on the Italian Peninsula since antiquity and afterwards disseminated throughout the world alongside waves of Italian diaspora. With the colonization of the Americas and the introduction of potatoes, tomatoes, peppers, maize, and sugar beet, significant changes occurred. It is one of the most well-known and esteemed gastronomies in the world. One of the primary features of Italian cuisine is its simplicity, with many dishes consisting of only a few components; as a result, Italian cooks frequently prioritize the quality of the ingredients over the complexity of the preparation.
